LODGING POLICES

Cancellation:

Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Please contact owners directly to inquire about whole house bookings for rates and availability.

These reservations cannot be made online.

Check In and Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. A late checkout may be available depending on arrival time of next guest. Please check with owners to see if this would be possible.

No Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside, however a designated outdoor smoking area is available.

Please inquire about location of smoking area upon check-in.

Pets

Dogs are allowed in the 2 pet-friendly rooms, Cannon Beach, and Seaside. There is a $20.00 fee per night per room. A pet agreement will be emailed to you upon receiving your reservation for you to review. The pet agreement will need to be signed upon check in.

Young Children

Children ages 3 – 12 can be accommodated in both the Seaside room (up to 2 children), and in the Depoe Bay room (1 child) when accompanied by an adult or adults. A $10.00 fee will be added for each child per night.

ADA POLICIES

At this time we do not have any ADA Accessible rooms, please let us know if you require any special assistance and we will do our best to accommodate you. If we are unable to do so, we will refer you to a local Bed & Breakfast that may be able to accommodate you.

GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

Gift certificates must be presented at check-in along with a valid driver's license. Gift certificates are transferable. Any remaining amount on gift certificates can be used at a later day up to the expiration date. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
